Job Responsibilities:

The Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing website using WordPress, (CMS).
Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress sites.
Optimizing Site for GOOGLE CORE WEB VITALS Metrics.
Developing custom themes and plugins.
Migrating websites from other platforms to WordPress.
Integrating and setting up plugins.
Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites.
Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in WordPress sites
Creating responsive website designs.
Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.
Design and develop WordPress themes and plugins to create custom websites that meet clients’ requirements.
Collaborate with other developers and team members to plan, design, and implement website projects from start to finish.
Customize and integrate third-party plugins and APIs to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Perform website maintenance and security updates to ensure optimal performance and protect against cyber threats.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to WordPress and its components.
Optimize website speed and performance by implementing best practices in WordPress development and web design.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in WordPress development and digital marketing.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions and recommendations.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of WordPress, its ecosystem, and its programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development
Expertise in WP Plugin Integration.
Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel
Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX.
A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques.
Great attention to detail, highly organized.
A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
Develop user-friendly web applications using jQuery and other web technologies
Can configure/customize JavaScript/JQuery/Bootstrap plugins
